Fatima Oluwaseun Oyeleye

Fatima is a PhD Student at the Hunter Centre of Entrepreneurship, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. She started this program in October 2021 after the completion of her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management at Aston University, Birmingham, UK. Fatima also holds a Level 7 CIPD Qualification, a Chartered Diploma from the National Institute of Marketing, Nigeria (NIM) and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN). 

Fatima's research focuses on 'reducing the scourge of poverty and unemployment among the youths of developing countries using entreprenuerial strategies' with a specific focus on her home country, Nigeria. Fatima intends to pursue academics as a career as it has always been her dream to impact and contribute to knowledge.

Outside of academia, Fatima is a chef, enjoys Kdrama and crocheting.
