I am a Teaching Fellow at the University of Strathclyde, Bahrain Campus, Business School, with a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Over the past eight years, I have gained extensive experience in higher education, including teaching, program leadership, and student mentorship. Previously, I served as Program Head for the Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance at the University of Technology, Bahrain, and also worked with the University of Bahrain.
My research focuses on corporate governance, research and development, board diversity, and green finance, reflecting my interest in linking academic insights with practical business challenges. I am passionate about developing future finance professionals, driving academic excellence, and promoting sustainable practices within the financial sector.
