I am a geophysicist interested in numerical modeling and microseismic monitoring focusing on seismic wave propagation and location algorithm with application in the energy sector (oil and gas, mining, geothermal, nuclear waste disposal, etc).
My experience includes forward modelling for fracture properties using seismic waves. My previous role involves processing and interpreting microseismic data and testing microseismic and acoustic emission instrumentation.
I am currently a research associate working as part of the SPPP project group funded by EPSRC, working on improving methods for locating microseismic events in a real-time automated closed-loop system.
