Personal Statement

I am a third year PhD candidate in the Department of Government and Public Policy. My research agenda concerns parties and candidates campaigning on social media during election campaigns. In my thesis work, supervised by Dr Heinz Brandenburg and Dr Zachary Greene, I explore how and why candidates diverge from their parties' issue communication in manifestos.
