Research Output per year
I am a doctoral researcher of entrepreneurship and an academic tutor at the University of Strathclyde Business School, with over ten years of experience as a digital entrepreneur. My research explores the intersection of institutional complexity and entrepreneurial legitimacy among digital entrepreneurs. Particularly, I engage with female digital entrepreneurs and stakeholders in digital entrepreneurship ecosystems, exploring their narratives and logics for navigating institutional complexities in legitimizing digital businesses.
In addition to conducting doctoral level phenomenological research, my pedagogical approaches recently earned me nominations for the Teaching Excellence Awards at the Strathclyde Business School in two consecutive years.
I am an active member of Research Forum Entrepreneurship Africa and my research interests include Digital Entrepreneurship, Institutional Complexities and Logics, Gender, Digital Marketing and Economies, Africa, Education, Digitalisation, Digital Research Methods, and Qualitative Research Methodologies.
