Personal Statement

I am a lecturer in organisation studies at the department of Work, Employment and Organisations. I have a practice-based analytical sensitivity applied to organisational issues such as technology and work, change in organisations, and dynamics of control and resistance. Prior to joining Strathclyde, I have worked at ESSEC Business School, and Grenoble Ecole de Management as Assistant Professor. I have taught core courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in the area of management, and I also enjoy developing executive education training in the areas of decision-making in complex environments.
