Personal Statement

 

Dr. Dmitri Roussinov is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Computer and Information Sciences. His research focuses on natural language processing (including large language models), medical informatics, security informatics, information retrieval, information systems, and human-computer interaction. His work has been published in leading journals and conferences and has been featured in prominent professional magazines.

Before joining the University of Strathclyde, Dr. Roussinov was an Assistant Professor at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Arizona and a Master’s degree in Economics from Indiana University. Prior to his academic career, he worked in the software industry.
