Claire's Doctoral Research is a continuation of her previous research in Directors Behaviours and Actions, now looking at Directorship through the lens of professional competency and adaptive change, as set against a background of changing stakeholder needs and with specific regard to sustainability.
Claire is an executive mentor and board advisor with listed, as well as entrepreneurial or private companies, improving governance and sustainability practices to enhance reputational value. With more than 25 years of capital markets, finance and management consulting experience she has gained extensive skills in developing growth and transformational change programmes for companies with business performance and engagement issues. Claire also provides support to leadership teams from all types of organisations to find solutions to particular governance, sustainability, funding or growth challenges. She also has NED and chair experience in the listed, entrepreneurial, youth and health charity, local authority and education sectors.
