Mrs
I started my career in cyber security after graduting from Abertay with my degree in Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures. I then went on to work in both the public and private sector in senior cyber security roles before starting my own cyber security business, Neon Circle. I'm a certified GDPR Practitioner, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Implementor. I'm passionate about risk management, data privacy, online safety and security awareness.
I've chaired and presented at a variety of indsutry conferences and I was a judge for the Scottish Cyber Awards in 2018 and 2019. I was named as a "Woman of the Future" by Equate Scotland in their "Leading Women of Scotland" Publication, chosen as Code First Girls: One to Watch 2017 and a finalist in the Scottish Cyber Awards 2016 for "Outstanding Woman in Cyber". While in the final year of my undergraduate degree I won UK Computer Science Undergraduate of the Year 2015.
