Description
22 slides.-- Presentation delivered within the euroCRIS Track at the VIVO2020 annual conference.
The presentation shows the growing number of institutional VIVO implementations displayed on the euroCRIS Directory of Research Information Systems (DRIS) and explores the two VIVO configurations in these entries: either as standalone platforms or as research portals running on top of an underlying 'monolithic' CRIS system. Finally, the motivations for expert finder systems are examined and compared to the drivers for the implementation of CRISs.
