Supplementary Material for "3D Waveforms and Patterning Behavior in Thin Monodisperse and Multidisperse Vertically-Vibrated Layers"

This dataset contains all the data used to produce the article entitled "3D waveforms and patterning behavior in thin monodisperse and multidisperse vertically-vibrated layers" (Granular Matter). The data pertaining to each figure in the paper is presented in the attached folder and named accordingly. The provided data files are for DEM simulations conducted with ROCKY software and require this software to access and run the simulation files to produce the data the figures are based on. Full simulation files are available upon request but aren't available here due to limits in file size.
