Description
Purpose: The purpose of this Mathematica code is to determine the blood flux rates and blood pressures for numerous blood vessels in (a) a healthy kidney network, (b) a kidney network where cross-cutting has been performed, (c) a kidney blood network where a partial resection has been done. The resultant Mathematica codes calculate each uncut blood vessels blood flux and pressure within the relevant blood network.
