Simulated results for: "Sea-ice Retreat from the Northeast Greenland Continental Shelf Triggers a Marine Trophic Cascade"

Dataset

Description

The data are masses of guilds from steady-state runs of StrathE2EPolar parameterised for the northeast Greenland continental shelf.

Each row in the .csv file represents a different steady state run. The decade column indicates the 10 year period over which NEMO-MEDUSA forcings were averaged. The Experiment column identifies whether the simulation used all summarised drivers for the decade, value equal to "Climate projection", or whether any set of drivers were held constant at the values for the 2010s. The experiments are detailed in table 3 of "Sea-ice Retreat from the Northeast Greenland Continental Shelf Triggers a Marine Trophic Cascade". The "Transparent ice" experiment is the same as the "Ice" experiment, but with light attenuation by snow and ice set to 0. All other columns contain the annual average nitrogen mass for different food web compartments in millimoles of Nitrogen per metre squared.
