Description

These data originated from electrical transport and structural characterization of Sr2RuO4 thin films.

The dataset includes the following folders.

'Figures' and 'Supplementary': Origin files corresponding to each figure with the raw/calculated data and all the TEM and SEM images that appear in the text.

'Calculations and raw data': raw data and an EXCEL file including relevant calculations for the figures of the paper.
