This data supports our data presented in our publication: Roces et al 2016. Rapid quantification and validation of lipid concentrations within liposomes. Pharmaceutics. 10.3390/pharmaceutics8030029 Full details can be found in this manuscript. In brief:
Figure 2 data is the data from ELSD detected HPLC chromatogram of DDA (1.5 mg/mL), DMPC (1.5 mg/mL), Chol (2 mg/mL) and TDB (1 mg/mL)
Figure 3 data is 3: Linearity assessment of A) DMPC (0.25 to 2.5 mg), B) Chol (0.025 to 1 mg), C) DDA (0.125 to 2.5 mg), and D) TDB (0.2 to 1 mg). The LOD and LOQ for each lipid is shown in E).
