Description
Chemometric analysis was performed on collected SERS spectra of fluorescence dyes and dye labelled DNA sequences to gain an insight on any form of preferential attachment that could occur in a multiplex SERS sample. Experimental parameters were altered to determine if these would effect any form of preferential attachment that was present.
