Description

This dataset contains the results of temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy carried out on gallium nitride thin films doped with magnesium, which have been implanted with ions of europium and either oxygen or nitrogen. The results are interpreted in the article "Acceptor state anchoring in gallium nitride" by D. Cameron et al (Applied Physics Letters, 2020) linked to this dataset.
