Description
The raw datasets uploaded correspond to the initial proteomics analysis conducted as part of the investigation into PAR4 protein interactions. The data were generated using Xcalibur software (v2.1) for raw mass spectrometry acquisition and processed with Proteome Discoverer software (v1.2). The uploaded files are .xlsx format. The datasets include five experiments focused on the PDZ-binding motif (ΔSLiM) and three experiments analyzing the Y157C mutant, as outlined in the title.
