Description
This dataset contains experimental data and FEM simulations of investigations into creating a MOEMS tunable solid-state laser, with in this case simultaneous control of temporal and spectral output characteristics. The dataset contains .mph (Comsol Multiphysics) and .opj (Origin Pro) files in the root directory, which show the simulation of the MOEMS micromirror performance, its experimental characterisation and the characterisation of the laser pump cavity. The two sub-folders are each containing a summary file with the processed data in .opj format and individual folders for each laser pump setting, in case of the "wavelength tuning only", or for each resonance mirror control amplitude, in case of the "wavelength tuning + Q-switching".
