Interview transcripts and observation notes for PhD research project on the fine in the Thai criminal justice system

English translation of transcripts of focus group and one-to-one interview transcripts with Thai judges from three sample trial courts and the Central Court of Appeal. English translation of field notes on observations and interviews with seven defendants at one of the sample courts, and the scans of the handwritten field notes (written in Thai) on observations and interviews with the remaining eight defendants at the same observed court. All identifiable names anonymized.
