Description

Archived (tarred) and compressed (gzip) folder with images of soymilk coffee mixtures of different compositions and at different temperatures. Images were taken every 5 seconds over a period of 5 minutes. The data is organised into:

a) folders for the different soymilk concentrations (1.9%, 4.5%, 7.5% 10.3%, 15.0%, 17.5% and 19.8%; directories of format SM01.9, etc) and

b) within each of these folders there is a subfolder for each temperature (25oC, 30oC, 35oC, 40oC, 45oC, 50oC, 55oC, 60oC; directories of format T25, etc).

In these subfolders there are a series of image files in jpg format, which are named according to the time they were taken.
