ICU Background Airborne Contamination Dataset

Data set of case studies generated from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Glasgow Royal Infirmary, measuring airborne bacterial cfu/m3 across 10 and 24 hour sampling periods. Data was gathered between January and December 2017. Biological sampling equipment was used to record bacterial counts in the air of ICU over prolonged sampling periods. Raw data were inputted into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and subsequently inputted into Minitab statistical software to generate Control Charts of the data and to perform statistical analyses. This dataset was generated for intended use in a PhD thesis and for journal paper publication. Dataset contains non-confidential and non-identifiable patient medical information from Glasgow Royal Infirmary and therefore the dataset should be classified as containing sensitive information.
