In this document, we provide the full data on a risk assessment in which uncertainty on future terrorism risk has been assessed through expert judgement. It includes the elicitation protocol used (including elicitation questions and definitions as well as training material) and the raw data of the resulting elicited distributions. The elicitation has been conducted in London with insurance underwriters and terrorism experts in March 2017.
