Electroluminescence hyperspectral images of light-emitting diodes



Data presented by P. R. Edwards et al. in "Electroluminescence hyperspectral imaging of light-emitting diodes using a liquid crystal tunable filter", Applied Physics Letters (2023). The data comprises electroluminescence hyperspectral images of InGaN-based light-emitting diodes (LEDs) acquired using an optical microscope modified to include a liquid-crystal-based tunable filter. Two datasets are presented: one of a blue LED, and the second of a yellow microLED array. Details of the experimental setup and samples are given in the paper. Details of the proprietary data file format are given in the File_formats.txt file.
