Dataset for characterisation of multi-wavelength emission from a single InGaN/GaN nanorod

Description

These data cubes represent the results of carrying out cathodoluminescence hyperspectral imaging on a single InGaN/GaN nanorod, grown at Tyndall National Institute. Details of the measurement are given in Measurement_details.txt, and a description of the proprietary file format in File_formats.txt. The simulation data from the FDTD simulations is provided by Jon Pugh and Martin Cryan from the University of Bristol.
