The data set contains the video (MP4 file) taken with the Samsung Galaxy phone of the monkey head on the top-down illumination photometric stereo imaging setup. The four images obtained from the video file are provided in the PNG format. These four images are used to calculate the surface normal components of the monkey head, The surface normal result is saved in a hdf5 file format to be easily readable.
The final reconstruction of the monkey is given in a hdf5 file format, to read it please use this line hdf5read(fullfile(path, fn), '\3D_reconstruction').
