Description
This dataset was generated for the publication of a research article of the same title and investigates the use of spectral phasor analysis for multicomponent imaging in the cell-silent region of the Raman spectrum using stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy. SRS images were acquired using a Leica multiphoton microscope. SRS images are provided in .tif file format with post-processing performed using ImageJ. Spectral phasor analysis was performed using a plug-in for ImageJ (FiJi). Manual segmentation of the phasor plot was used to identify regions of interest within the hyperspectral SRS image dataset.
