Description

Towards establishing a minimal nanoparticle concentration for applications involving surface enhanced spatially offset Raman spectroscopy (SESORS) in vivo

The purpose of this dataset is to determine a minimum concentration of nanotags required to produce SERS signal at a given depth (5 mm) using SESORS.

All data can be found in the database file “handheldDB”. The database can be opened using custom software from cobalt light systems. The customized software was purpose wrote and confidential however all data used is shown in the excel spreadsheets with respect to the corresponding figures.

Details for figures available in the Readme file provided.
