Data for: "The innate immune response of self-assembling silk fibroin hydrogels"

This record contains both qualitative and quantitative data sets. The qualitative data sets are images (Tif files) with the associated meta data. The quantitative data are IVIS files that can be accessed using the IVIS imaging software, Caliper Life Sciences 4.3.1. Quantitative FACS data can be opened using various software packages (e.g. FlowJo). The corresponding Readme files are included in the relevant folders.
