Description

The dataset presented here corresponds to the experimental data reported in the manuscript "Sub-kHz linewidth free-running monolithic cavity VECSEL with 10⁻¹² stability", describing the high performance operation of a monolithic cavity AlGaInP-based vertical-external-cavity surface-emitting-lasers (VECSEL) at 689 nm with sub-kHz free-running linewidth, Allan deviation reaching 10-12 and sub-100 mHz intrinsic linewidth.

It includes the data for:
