Data for "Rapid ultra-sensitive diagnosis of clostridium difficile infection using a SERS-based lateral flow assay"



This data was generated for the publication of a research article with the same title and investigates the development of a new assay for clostridium difficile infection using SERS-based lateral flow technique. The Raman data were acquired using handheld Raman spectrometer of 638 nm wavelength using Peak 1.3.68 software in .spc file format as raw data. The UV scans, DLS measurements and zeta analysis were collected using UV/Vis spectrometer and zetasizer in .csv file format as raw data.
