Description
A significant finding from the interviews is that a large number of individuals lack the knowledge necessary to operate the sophisticated technical system of cloud computing especially in Nigeria. Lack of highly qualified cloud specialists hinders the growth of the cloud market in this economy. In 2021, and most likely for the next few years, cloud market leadership will be determined by the professionalism and stability of the IT team of the service provider. Due to the cloud service providers qualifications and experience, they should be able to implement complex tasks for businesses that manage complex projects that require strict adherence to deadlines. The participants in the study indicated that they perform a variety of roles in their organization, broadly categorized as technology, business, and risk assessment.
