Dataset for upcoming journal submission to IOP neuromorphic computing and engineering (NCE), named 'Photonic-electronic spiking neuron with multi-modal and multi-wavelength excitatory and inhibitory operation for high-speed neuromorphic sensing and computing'. The dataset contains experimental oscilloscope and IV traces that demonstrate the multimodal operation of optical RTD systems when subject to simultaneous optical and electrical inputs.
