These data include three files of .opju formats. In the paper, these files were used to create the Figures 2, 3, 4 and 5 to present the optical and electrical properties of devices and data transmissiom results. There are also six files of .fig formats. These files were used to create the figures inserted in Figure 3(a) showing the data transmission capability of the devices.
