Data used to create the figures in the paper "Native mass spectrometry of complexes formed by molecular glues reveals stoichiometric rearrangement of E3 ligases" published in Analyst 16 Apr 2024.

Data is in an excel spreadsheet sorted into three sheets, one for CRBN data, one for DCAF15 data, and one for SEC data. The data was copied from MassLynx and pasted here for ease of access and organisation.

For each sample there is the original file name, the m/z, the absolute intensity, and the contents of each sample. Instead of the m/z and the absolute intensity, the SEC data has retention volume (mL) and UV (mV).
