Data for: "Monolithic VECSEL for stable kHz linewidth"



The dataset presented here corresponds to the experimental data reported in the manuscript "Monolithic VECSEL for stable kHz linewidth" published in Optics Express. This paper describes the design and operation of a sub-kHz linewidth monolithic cavity AlGaInP-based vertical-external-cavity surface-emitting-lasers (VECSEL) with emission at 672 nm.

It includes the data for:
