Data for "Metabolic Reprogramming of Macrophages Exposed to Silk, Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) and Silica Nanoparticles"

Dataset

Description

NMR spectra were used to examine metabolic changes.

NMR spectra can be viewed using Amix-Viewer (version 3.9.14, BrukerBiospin, Rheinstetten) or SIMCA-P 11.5 software.
Note: File descriptors indicate nanoparticle dose, exposure time and extraction method. For further sample identification see Excel file named: Metabolomics IDsversion2.

Data sets for Figure 1 and 2. Data presented using Graph Prism file format.

Data sets for Figure 8: Data presented using Graph Prism file format.

Image of Array data (JPEG format). Image can be read with common software (e.g. Photoshop, Preview etc)

Metabolomics ID is Excel file (use to assign NMR spectra to samples)
