Description
The dataset contains numerical data to illustrate variation of surface roughness Ra value of glass processed by a nanosecond pulsed fibre laser which has a central emission wavelength of 1064 nm under different cutting feed rates and laser focus distances at two sets of laser power and frequency. The data can be read by using normal Words software.
