Data for: "Low-field high-resolution PFG-NMR to predict the size distribution of inner droplets in double emulsions"

Description

This dataset contains the NMR data used for the publication "Low-field high-resolution PFG-NMR to predict the size distribution of inner droplets in double emulsions". It contains the following files:

NMRrawdata.7z the raw 1H PFG-NMR data acquired using PGSTE pulse sequence using Magritek Spinsolve 1 T. Within 7z file data is arranged into folders which are named by the experimental ID (1 to 10). The NMR signal is recorded within the PGSEData.2d file located within each experimental folder. Each folder also contains an acqu.par file which contains all NMR experimental parameters/settings.

keywunits.csv contains the meta information for experimental IDs within NMRrawdata.7z indicating the sample and parameters changed within each experiment, as well as a list of which figures these results are used for within the publication.

exportdata.csv contains experimental ID, gradient power (in T/m) and integrated water signal (from the NMR data) for each gradient power, and is the data used for calculations and figures presented in the the publication.
