Description
The dataset contains numerical data to illustrate variation of surface roughness Ra value of RB-SiC processed by a nanosecond pulsed fibre laser which has a central emission wavelength of 1064 nm under different grinding depth at several sets of laser power and frequency. The data can be read by using normal Words software.
