This supplementary file contains the data collected during investigation of the broad-spectrum efficacy of a low-irradiance visible 405-nm light system for surface-simulated decontamination.
The file contains 405-nm light irradiance data which was recorded using a radiant optical power meter and photodiode detector, and was collected for the purposes of providing a 3D optical characterization profile of the 405-nm light system employed during the investigation.
The file additionally contains the datasets collected from exposing twelve hospital-acquired and foodborne bacterial pathogens seeded at low density (~102 CFU plate-1) onto agar plates to the 405-nm light system at various irradiances and positions from the light source. This data was collected to demonstrate the broad-spectrum bactericidal efficacy of low-irradiance visible 405-nm light systems within a controlled laboratory setting.
Complete datasets contain non-confidential information.
The raw data presented within this file was stored in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis of the data was performed using Minitab statistical software.
This data was generated with intended use for both journal publication and inclusion in a PhD thesis.
