Description
This dataset was generated for the publication of a research article of the same title which reports the use of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy and spectral phasor analysis to detect drug-induced liver injury in cellular models. Raman spectral data was acquired using a Renishaw InVia microscope system controlled using Renishaw WiRE 4.4 software. Spectral and imaging datasets are collated in Excel file format (.exe). SRS images were acquired using a Leica SP8 multiphoton microscope. SRS images are provided in .tif file format with post-processing performed using ImageJ.
