Description
This data was generated for the publication of a research article of the same title and investigates the phenotypic effects of TOFA treatment in prostate cancer cells using stimulated Raman scattering microscopy and K-means cluster analysis. Raman spectral data was acquired using a Renishaw InVia microscope system controlled using Renishaw WiRE 4.4 software. Spectral and imaging datasets are collated as Excel file format (.exe) or text file format (.txt). SRS images were acquired using a Leica multiphoton microscope. SRS images are provided in .tif file format with post-processing performed using ImageJ.
