Description
Cell image and the instrument response data obtained from the Becker-Hickl SPC830 time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) module in the two-photon confocal scanning microscopy system at Dept. Physics. They are in MATLAB .mat format. The cell image is stored in a 2D matrix, one dimension for sensor pixels and the other for timing.
