Description
The dataset consist of surface profile data (in .xls format) of 3D-printed lenses, as well as raw images (in .tiff format) of both the laser excitation profile and recovered fluorescence images through the system described in the paper, using both a 3D printed objective lens and a commercial glass objective lens as reference.
