Description
This data set consists of the mass balance model (along with the LCA calculations) prepared for the proposed recycle and recovery process topology. The mass balance model was created in MS Excel and was used to generate a steady state streams table for the experiments conducted.
The data set also consists of quantitative type of raw experimental data & HPLC results used to obtain stream masses and composition for different experimental conditions (high, medium and low point experiments), which was created to verify the experimental results with the model predictions.
The dataset also consists of numeric PMI (process mass intensity) and E-factor calculations which were generated from raw experimental data and HPLC results for the purpose of comparing the sustainability metrics of the proposed recycle and recovery model with the no recycle condition.
