Data for: "Electrically-Controlled Spiking Regimes in Vertical-Cavity Surface Emitting Lasers"



This data set was taken when investigating short temporal bias modulations of a 1300 nm VCSEL subject to orthogonal optical injection. The experimental data demonstrates the production of spiking regimes for modulations of increasing temporal duration and increasing modulation intensity. The output time traces of the VCSEL and the electrical stimuli applied are provided.
