Data for: "Electrical Properties and Surface Roughness of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer Under Progressive Surface Abrasion"

Datasets contain DC electrical resistance and frequency-sweep impedance measurements (1 Hz–10 MHz), together with HIROX digital microscopic images and surface roughness values taken at each abrasion stage. Two types of layup, unidirectional and woven CFRP samples, were used for five abrasion stages (0-5). Supporting CAD files for the polishing pot and drawings of the electrical measurement rig are also included.
