Dataset

Description

This dataset contains a set of images analysed in the manuscript "Effect of oscillatory flow conditions on crystalliser fouling investigated through non-invasive imaging". The images were captured using Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 webcams during the crystallisation of glycine and L-glutamic acid from aqueous solutions in a moving fluid oscillatory baffled crystalliser under the following conditions:
- Glycine: temperature (20°C), concentration (385 g/L), amplitude (23 and 45 mm), frequency (1 and 2 Hz).
- L-glutamic acid: temperature (20 and 30°C), concentration (28.3 and 42.4 g/L), amplitude (45 mm), frequency (1 and 2 Hz).

More details on the experimental setup used to generate this dataset can be found in the associated manuscript.
