Description
This work was carried out to investigate if Raman imaging could be used as a tool to discriminate malaria parasite infected mouse tissue from non-infected tissue. Details of data sets used to do this are described in the README file and support the related paper "Development of a Label-free Raman Imaging Technique for Differentiation of Malaria Parasite Infected from Non-Infected Tissue".
Additional data is available from the related dataset record.
